Extruon

Pricing

Priced per press.Proven per point.

Land low-friction on one workflow with clear ROI. Expand across presses, modules, sites and autonomy level. The highest-value workflows carry outcome-based components so we are paid on the value we create.

Annual prepay discount ~15–20% · Multi-year enterprise agreements with usage ramps.

Plans

Three ways in.One direction of travel.

Every plan includes the plant-edge runtime, the review console, connectors to your systems of record and the assurance-grade audit trail. What changes is scope.

per press line / month

For extruders validating ROI on a single high-pain workflow.

  • Press and heating control or profile and defect sensing for one extrusion press
  • Plant-edge runtime deployed on site
  • Connectors to press PLC, furnace, gauge, quench, saw, aging oven and MES
  • Review console with approval and correction workflow
  • Assurance-grade quality audit log
  • Shadow → assist → bounded autonomy ladder

Packaging logic

Land narrow.Expand relentlessly.Monetise value.

Pricing follows the deployment reality rather than fighting it.

Land

Low-friction entry on one workflow with clear ROI. A single press, a single metric, an audited baseline agreed before the pilot starts.

Expand

Growth comes from presses, modules, sites and autonomy level. Expansion is the primary growth engine — target NRR 135%.

Monetise value

Usage and outcome pricing capture upside as the agents do more of the work — press recovery, scrap, energy and throughput.

The pilot

What a paid pilotactually looks like.

No open-ended proof of concept. A defined workflow, a defined baseline, a defined success metric and a defined date.

01Week 0

Plant assessment and baseline

We measure recovery, reject rate, die trials, scrap, butt loss and kWh per tonne on the target press, and agree the single success metric in writing.

02Week 1–4

Deploy and run in shadow

Edge runtime, sensing and connectors go in. Predictions are scored against your operators and gauges with zero write access.

03Week 5–12

Assist mode with approvals

Recommendations reach the console, engineers approve or correct, and approval rate becomes the readiness signal for write-back.

04Week 12

Audited delta

The pilot ends with a measured delta against the baseline. If the number is not there, you have lost a quarter, not a capital programme.

05After

Convert and expand

Design partners convert to paid on the proven wedge, then expand press by press and module by module on the same evidence standard.

Measured on the press

The bands weunderwrite in a pilot.

Every Extruon engagement starts with a baseline and ends with an audited delta. These are the target bands we underwrite in a paid pilot.

Commercial guardrails

How we handlediscounting and expansion.

Discipline

Floor pricing protected

Discounts are traded for term length and case studies, never given away to close a quarter. Price integrity protects every other customer in a small market.

Cash

Annual prepay 15–20%

Annual prepay improves cash and retention for both sides. Multi-year enterprise agreements include usage ramps matched to real deployment pace.

Upside

Outcome components

On the highest-value workflows — press recovery, scrap, energy, throughput — a component of price is tied to the measured outcome.

Pricing FAQ

The commercial questionsthat come up first.

No. Pilots are paid, with a defined success metric. Free pilots produce polite interest; paid pilots produce a project owner, a baseline and a decision date.

One extrusion press and its directly coupled billet heating, quench, stretcher, saw and handling. If two presses share a runout, we scope it during the assessment.

That is exactly what the Press tier is for — press and heating control or profile and defect sensing for one press. Adding the second module is a later decision.

Edge compute and sensing hardware are quoted separately at cost during the assessment, since requirements vary by press, sensor count and existing gauging. [PLACEHOLDER — hardware price list on request.]

Against the audited baseline agreed before deployment, using your own MES and quality records, reconciled quarterly. Both sides see the same numbers.

One press on one module, then the same module across presses, then adjacent modules on the proven press, then the second site. Expansion is the growth engine — target NRR 135%.

Assurance-grade by default

Trust is the gateto autonomy.

Extruon never asks for control it has not earned. Shadow mode proves accuracy against your operators and gauges; advisory mode proves ROI; bounded autonomy only follows once the gates are met.

Isolation

Per-tenant everything

Data, models, retrieval indexes and memory are scoped per tenant and per entity. On-prem deployment is available for sensitive producers.

Die IP

Your die geometry stays yours

Die designs, customer drawings and recipes never leave your boundary. Fleet learning shares defect signatures and process priors, never geometry.

Audit

Immutable action log

Every perception, recommendation, approval and setpoint write is recorded with its evidence, ready for quality and customer audits.

Controls

SSO, RBAC, encryption

SSO and role-based access, encryption in transit and at rest, SOC 2 programme in progress, and fail-safe interlocks on every write path.
